System Requirements¶
For the computer¶
ProtoPixel Create comes as a stand alone desktop application for OSX. Because of the intensive processing performed by the application certain minimum hardware requirements have to be met:
- Mac computer
- Intel dual core processor
- 2 GB RAM memory
- Modern intel graphics (Intel Iris Graphics or better)
Recommended settings:
- Powerful processor (intel i7 2.7Ghz)
- 16 GB RAM memory (required for HD video mapping)
- Dedicated graphics card (Support for OpenGL 3.3)
- Ethernet port.
Software requirements:
- OSX 10.12 Sierra and above versions
For the Web Application¶
Our mobile web application is served directly by your ProtoPixel Create instance. Any mobile device with a modern web browser will be able to run it.
Minimum settings:
- Mobile device with a webkit compatible browser.
- Accelerometer.
- Back camera.
- 800x600 screen resolution.
Android devices:
- Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) and above
IOS Devices:
- IOS8 (and above versions) and Chrome as a web browser.
